Maryknoll Fathers & Brothers- Los Altos
•Scope of work: Initiate performance base fire/voice alarm designs to upgrade the existing fire alarm system, and manage the engineering plans. The building was built in1900 and several wings were added on through the years. The structure included 4 story building, a full kitchen, dining facility, and two chapels. The new state of the art addressable fire alarm/ Voice system includes voice evacuation, multisensor smoke detection throughout, and fire department communication.
PG&E GO Center- San Francisco
•Scope of work: Design & Engineering a complete upgrade to an existing notification system at the PG&E General Office campus in San Francisco to meet current code requirements & local AHJ codes. The Campus consist of 6 buildings to include one 38 story building, three 18 story buildings, one 12 story and a 6 story parking garage.
50 United Nations Plaza- San Francisco
•Scope of work: Initiate performance base fire/life safety designs to upgrade the existing fire alarm system, and manage the engineering plans. The structure is a 1930 historical mid-rise office building. The fire alarm system includes the design plans to a Voice evacuation, fire department communication, and providing fire alarm specifications
One Rincon Hill- San Francisco
•Scope of work: Senior Engineer, responsibilities is to support & review the fire/voice life safety system designs established by a team of FA engineers to design a life/safety system to the largest residential building on the west coast, the building consist of 64 stories with multiple occupancies on the first floors. The fire alarm system includes Voice evacuation, fire department communication, smoke control panels, & graphic panels.
